Are the public’s fears about mobile phone radiation and 5G being taken seriously? A motion from the Swiss National Council and statements from representatives of the federal offices paint a different picture.
A considerable proportion of the population describes itself as electrosensitive and feels that its health or well-being is impaired by emissions of mobile phone radiation and electrosmog. However, recognized medical diagnostic criteria do not yet exist. In her interpellation of June 19 of this year, Swiss National Councillor Martina Munz therefore posed critical questions to the Federal Council regarding the Federal Office of Public Health’s (FOPH) duty to provide information on non-ionizing radiation. The following questions were submitted to the Federal Council for answering:
1. how is the FOPH fulfilling its duty to inform the public about non-ionizing radiation?
2. when can the announced legal basis be expected?
3. how is the review of the limit values initiated? Is a substantiated complaint required or under what conditions can it be assumed that the limit values are exceeded?
4. how will the monitoring of immission limits be organized technically, organizationally and financially and what will change in this regard with the introduction of 5G?
5 Why is compliance with the emission limits not checked regularly for all installations? Is a prescription adjustment necessary for a regular review?
Really ten times stricter regulations in Switzerland?
A little more than four weeks later, Dr. Paul Steffen, Deputy Director of the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN) repeats in the Tagesschau of Swiss television from July 20 according to a Report on gigaherz.ch the “myth” (quote from gigaherz.ch) that Switzerland apparently has ten times stricter regulations for non-ionizing radiation in places where people spend a lot of time than abroad. This is countered by the Association gigaherz.ch“At the end of December 2017, Dr. Edith Steiner, head of the “Electromagnetic Fields Working Group” and board member of the AefU, wrote in the journal Oekoskoop 4/17 on page 6 pointed out that this statement compares apples with oranges.” The fact is – according to gigaherz.ch – that the same immission limit values (IGW) apparently apply in Switzerland as abroad. “The immission limit values, which follow a recommendation of the industry-related ICNIRP, apply wherever people may be present and refer to the sum of the exposure from all transmitters,” explains Hans-U. Jakob from gigaherz.ch.
“Not exactly confidence-building”
However, Switzerland has also defined an installation limit value (AGW) in the Ordinance on Protection against Non-Ionizing Radiation (NISV). This is around ten times smaller than the IGW. However, it does not refer to the total exposure like the IGW, but is limited to the exposure from a single transmitter. According to Hans-U. Jacob not everywhere where people can be present, but only in so-called places of sensitive use (OMEN). “The installation limit value is primarily an emission limit for a single radio transmitter to protect the immediate antenna residents.” Conclusion by Hans-U. Jakob: “The FOEN employees should actually know the true facts. Nevertheless, for two decades our population has been constantly told that it is better protected than abroad because the Swiss precautionary limit value is ten times lower. If a chief federal official now makes this misleading statement again on television, it does not exactly build confidence.”
Population taken for fools
Dr. Piero Lercher, Head of the Department of Environmental Medicine at the Vienna Medical Association, explains the health risks associated with the expansion of the 5G mobile communications standard in an interview with the magazine mydistrict.at (published by diagnose-funk.org) to the point: “This is not about the interpretation of individual studies, but about the assessment of the World Health Organization, which continues to regard mobile phone technology as a Possibly carcinogenic categorized. The population is irritated and distracted by the study dispute between mobile radio proponents and opponents. The mobile communications advocates reassure the population and take them for fools by making them believe that 5G microwaves are comparable to radio and television waves. Current video productions are quite perfidious and are intended to trivialize the topic with a humorous design.”
Ignorance harms
With the many types of interference radiation that we are constantly exposed to, electrosmog as a whole is now considered to be the biggest enemy for health (see also report on symfoenergie.ch). You yourself do not notice the Electrosmog? And what about the possible inner imbalance, nervousness, headaches, insomnia, irritability, lack of energy? Not to mention the screaming babies, the fidgety or aggressive children and the unfocused pupils? Ignorance often harms us more than we think. Because a lack of knowledge means we make mistakes in some areas of life that could often be avoided. The human nervous system is only able to tolerate and process a certain amount of stress. When the barrel overflows, we are confronted with health problems. More and more people are concerned about the increasing radiation exposure, particularly due to the introduction of the 5G mobile communications standard. On September 21, the second demonstration will take place on the Bundesplatz in Bern under the motto “Stop 5G”.
Generate a harmonic oscillation field
How can you protect yourself and your children from high-frequency radiation and electrosmog? “The law of resonance states that no resonances can occur in an oscillation field with oscillations whose frequencies lie outside those of the field,” says Richard Neubersch, owner of Swiss Harmony in Grellingen, a company that specializes in the harmonization of electrosmog. In other words: In a harmonic oscillation field, artificial radiation has no effect, regardless of who generates it, whether it comes from a neighbor or a nearby mobile phone mast. The mobile products from Swiss Harmony (BioRing, BodyCard, BioBracelet and the BioPatch) harmonize the human body by transmitting the harmonic vibration as information to the human energy system. This means that artificially created radiation fields can no longer resonate.
Protection from harmful radiation
In concrete terms, this means Products from Swiss Harmony for harmonizing houses and apartments ensure that the electricity that supplies a building with electricity receives a different message. “They transfer the information of the visible light spectrum to the passing current via the resonance path, which in turn distributes it throughout the entire effective range of the circuit,” explains Richard Neubersch. The electromagnetic field of the apartment or house thus becomes a harmonious field. In-house WLAN transmitters, cell phones or cordless phones are interference-free because they are connected to the harmonic current field and therefore emit the same harmonic information.
