Olaf Baumunk is a bioplasmatician and runs an Institut für Resonanzphänomene in southern Germany. He tests the effects of products on the human organism. For this he uses the Aschoff stimulus test.
The Aschoff stimulus test is so far the only bioelectronic test to have been granted a German federal patent. After the patent expired, the Aschoff family obtained statutory utility model protection for the test.
How the measurements are taken
In the Aschoff stimulus test, skin resistance is measured at the 10 Ting points of the left hand. (Editor’s note: Ting points are acupuncture points at the fingernails.) MP 1 – 10 are the measuring points of the fingers.
The Aschoff stimulus test assumes that a higher skin resistance value indicates a poorer bioenergetic condition, and takes 40 kilo-ohms as the ideal value for a healthy person. This baseline value is rarely reached; measurements are usually between 60 and 70 kilo-ohms.
Three measurements are taken per product: without exposure (blue line), under exposure without the product (red line) and under exposure with the product (grey line).
The exposure used in the test: a live connection between two mobile phones, with the test person sitting between them, plus the live connecting cable (1800 watts) of a switched-on electric heater around one of the test person’s legs.
