U-turn in the scientific assessment of 5G

New studies provide an overview of the current state of science on impaired male fertility and the biological mechanism of action of mobile phone radiation, known as oxidative stress. Will these new findings trigger anything at a political level?

The environmental and consumer organization diagnose:funk publishes 6 new scientific reviews on the topic of mobile phone radiation and health in the current issue no. 4/2021 of the specialist journal ElektrosmogReport: These studies provide an overview of the current state of science on impaired male fertility and the biological mechanism of action of mobile phone radiation, the so-called oxidative stress. All reviews are peer-reviewed and published in reputable journals. Jörn Gutbier, Chairman of diagnose:funk: “The message to the new German government and especially to the new Environment Minister Steffi Lemke is: We have a problem with mobile phone radiation, so we need a committed precautionary policy!” The new reviews showed that the Federal Government must ensure a massive reduction in citizens’ exposure to radiation in order to protect their health. Most recently, a study for the EU Parliament’s Committee on Science and Technology Assessment (STOA) described the cancer-causing potential of mobile phone radiation – and therefore warned against the further expansion of mobile telephony. For the two reviews on the impairment of male fertility, 19 and 39 studies were analyzed, including human and animal studies, in vivo and in vitro.

Study confirms: Oxidative cell stress triggered by mobile communications

A summary of recent relevant animal and cell studies on health effects hit like a bombshell, according to a report on diagnose-funk.org. The authors document that oxidative cell stress, which is a basis of inflammatory diseases, can be triggered by mobile phone radiation. The study, financed by the Swiss Federal Office for the Environment, confirms what Dr. Ulrich Warnke has been postulating for 25 years and what was confirmed by the review by Yakymenko et al. (2016) was confirmed once again: According to Dr. Ulrich Warnke, the consequences of derailing the oxidative balance range from sleep disorders, exhaustion and fibromyalgia to autoimmune diseases arteriosclerosis, Parkinson’s disease and chronic inflammatory processes, particularly in the nervous system with multiple sclerosis and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and even cancer. “Given the current situation, we should keep an eye on the role of the NO radical in the immune system,” emphasizes the researcher, because: “The immune system works with inflammatory T4 immune cells, also known as T helper cells type 1 (TH1). They organize the direct defence against bacteria and viruses. At the same time, the immune system works with the evolutionarily younger principle of T helper cells type 2 (TH2). They organize the formation of antigen antibodies.” If the release of the body’s own radical gas nitric oxide (NO) is too high due to both electromagnetic radiation and inflammatory processes, an evolutionarily programmed protective mechanism in the immune system kicks in.

Important U-turn

According to Dr. Dr. Ulrich Warnke, what is new about the results of the recently published studies is that the focus is now not only on the well-known mechanism of action of changing the oxidative balance through exposure to weak electromagnetic fields, but also on the resulting damage to the organ systems, i.e. the blood, nervous and immune systems, reproductive organs and skin fibroblasts. “This proves experimentally what we could previously only predict from physiopathological knowledge.” The knock-out argument used by politicians for many decades, “Nothing has been proven outside of the thermal effects”, has thus been given a generally recognizable twist. “This makes legal considerations more likely,” expects Dr. Ulrich Warnke.

Federal Council overrides parliamentary decision

Regardless of these new findings, the Swiss Federal Council has transformed the “Buebetrickli” to relax the ^limit value1 into an ^ordinance2 that is obviously intended to forcibly break down the population’s resistance to 5G, as criticized by the association schutz-vor-strahlung.ch. The Federal Council is thus ignoring two decisions of the Council of States, the vast majority of the population and the tireless warnings of doctors. “He is breaking his earlier promise not to relax the limit values for mobile communications. He wants to illegitimately deprive antenna residents, municipalities and cantons of many of their rights, even though the courts have ruled this to be unlawful. We therefore condemn this Federal Council decision in the strongest possible terms,” emphasizes the association. The Federal Council is endangering health, is unlawful and is causing anger in wide circles, as well as many hundreds more unnecessary court cases.

Creating a harmonic oscillation field
