If you are not satisfied with the effect of Swiss Harmony, you have the option of returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods if it is one of the products offered on the Internet. Excluded: BioSteinRings and BioTrauRings

4 months for house and apartment harmonization (BioHome)

In the case of home harmonizations (BioHome) carried out by us or by one of our authorized consultants, all you have to do is call us and we will do everything necessary to reverse the installation.
In all cases, you will receive a full refund if the installation date falls within the 4 months.

We also grant a 4-month money-back guarantee for the product “BioHome for self-installation” and individual “KlimaTuner” under the following conditions:

1. Sending photos of the installation situation before installation.
2. Acceptance of our situation-specific installation recommendations.
3. Photos will be sent after installation.
4. Within 4 months of receipt of delivery.

After we have received the photos of the completed installation, we will send you an informal confirmation email and the money-back guarantee will automatically become active.

Important for house harmonizations:

A return is possible at the earliest after two months and at the latest after four months, because harmonizations may only develop their full effect after two months, depending on the situation and personal disposition, after the individual cellular stresses have been eliminated.
