Digitalization and radiation at the expense of children?

No progressive school without digitalization and WLAN? The fact that children and young people in particular are sensitive to electromagnetic and high-frequency radiation is often ignored in the calls for a digital school. The relevant studies speak for themselves.

While Wi-Fi and digital tools in schools are seen as urgently needed progress in Germany, China has had a nationwide ban on cell phones and tablets in schools since February 2021. In this way, the state wants to prevent the strikingly high level of short-sightedness in children and achieve another goal, as reported by the Swiss association “Protection from Radiation”. In the Chinese province of Shandong, cell phones and tablets have apparently been banned in primary and middle schools since November 1, 2018. Parents should also ensure that their children do not spend too much time with such electronic devices. The main aim of these measures is to reduce short-sightedness among children, as Chinese children have the highest rate of short-sightedness in the world (40 percent). It is also recommended that children do not work on an electronic screen for more than 15 minutes at a time and for no more than one hour per day. This regulation is also intended to combat online and gaming addiction among children and young people. The action plan, which was launched by the Chinese Ministry of Education and Health, clearly prioritizes the students’ ability to concentrate and their eyesight over the use of tablets. Not just in primary school, but right through to adolescence. Teachers are also urged not to rely on electronic devices, either during lessons or for homework.

Dutch study with 2,592 children

A study on brain volume in prepubertal children (Cabr̩-Riera et al., 2020) shows that the (early) use of screen media is not only unnecessary, but actually harmful. According to the newsletter of the BERENIS РAdvisory Group of Experts on Non-Ionizing Radiation, the Dutch Generation R study examined 2,592 children between the ages of nine and twelve to determine whether there is a connection between radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF) and the volume of various brain areas. Result: The volume of all brain areas examined was not related to the total absorbed EMF dose or to that of far-field sources. In contrast, the EMF dose from screen activities was significantly associated with a smaller volume of the frontal lobe and caudate nucleus, a paired large nucleus area in the telencephalon that is partly responsible for the control of voluntary movements as well as physiological and cognitive processes. The authors conclude that not EMF, but possibly other factors related to intensive screen use could have an effect on these brain areas. However, confounding factors, coincidence or reverse causality could not be ruled out as alternative explanations. A reduced caudate nucleus was associated with ADHD in an earlier study in pre-pubertal children.

Influence on brain development

The new film “Aufwach(s)en im Umgang mit digitalen Medien“, published by the Diagnose:Funk association, shows the influence of digital media on the brain development of children and young people. The film is aimed at all those who provide educational support for children. It is a film for parents, teachers, educators and professionals in psychological and medical practice who are confronted with the effects of digital media consumption. How is the use of digital media compatible with the urge to move, with free play and the discovery of the child’s cosmos? How do children and young people become media literate? Playful learning and sensory experiences in the real world create the basis for being able to deal with feelings, desires and frustrations later as an adult and to master life. Diagnose:Funk has developed this film, according to its own statements, to support parents and educators in these stressful and difficult corona times. And above all: how children and young people can become media literate. Three additional bonus tracks and basic articles (see downloads) provide scientific in-depth information that make the film an ideal training medium for daycare and school colleges, teacher training, specialist and university seminars and workshops.

High sensitivity of children

The US study by Morgan, Kesari, Davis from 2014 already demonstrated the particular sensitivity of children to microwave radiation. According to the study, children absorb more microwave radiation than adults, twice as much in the skull and up to ten times more in the bone marrow. The pollution often exceeds the limit values. Furthermore, children today are exposed to considerable health risks – for example, disorders of neuronal development, changes in myelization, ADHD, sperm damage and an increased risk of brain tumors. This is backed up by the latest statistics. The study also criticizes the fact that the current methods of determining the SAR value do not capture the real radiation exposure. An interesting side note: even the industry issues warnings in the small print. Manufacturers recommend that smartphones should be used at a distance of 10 to 25 millimeters from the body, while the US authority FCC (Federal Communications Commission) even recommends a distance of 20 centimeters for tablets and laptops.

Creating a harmonic oscillation field
How can you protect yourself and your children from high-frequency radiation and electrosmog? “The law of resonance states that no resonances can occur in an oscillation field with oscillations whose frequencies lie outside those of the field,” says Richard Neubersch, owner of Swiss Harmony in Grellingen, a company that specializes in the harmonization of electrosmog. In other words: In a harmonic oscillation field, artificial radiation has no effect, regardless of who generates it, whether it comes from a neighbor or a nearby mobile phone mast. The mobile products from Swiss Harmony (BioRing, BodyCard, BioBracelet and the BioPatch) harmonize the human body by transmitting the harmonic vibration as information to the human energy system. This means that artificially created radiation fields can no longer resonate.

Protection from harmful radiation
In concrete terms, this means that Products from Swiss Harmony for harmonizing houses and apartments ensure that the electricity that supplies a building with electricity receives a different message. “They transfer the information of the visible light spectrum to the passing current via the resonance path, which in turn distributes it throughout the entire effective range of the circuit,” explains Richard Neubersch. The electromagnetic field of the apartment or house thus becomes a harmonious field. In-house WLAN transmitters, cell phones or cordless phones are interference-free because they are connected to the harmonic current field and therefore emit the same harmonic information.

New book “Funkstille
In his latest
book “Funkstille”, Richard Neubersch from Swiss Harmony describes the context in which topics such as 5G, coronavirus and the like can be seen. “The discussions about the connections between coronavirus and 5G are increasing and it has never been more important to keep a cool head. You need to develop an inner attitude that allows you to remain centered at heart despite the extreme situation,” says the author. “Funkstille” is more than just a book about Swiss Harmony and mobile telephony. It sees itself as a help to stay centered in the heart despite the extreme situation that is currently keeping the world on tenterhooks.

Epidemiological study with soldiers confirms the results of laboratory and animal studies: soldiers who used their cell phone more than 20 times a day had a significantly lower sperm concentration on average than soldiers who used their cell phone less than once a week. This is the result of the largest epidemiological study conducted in Switzerland to date.
