5G: When the “controls” become a farce

Trust is good – control is better, or rather would be better if it could be carried out properly. Two cases from the Swiss cantons of Zurich and Schwyz point to shortcomings in the inspection of mobile phone installations.

The canton of Zurich has published its Environmental Report 2022. According to a contribution from the umbrella organization Elektrosmog Schweiz und Liechtenstein, it also includes a section on mobile phone radiation. Compliance with radiation limits and strict controls are defined as objectives. The authorities’ self-assessment is green, “target achieved”. “Once again, the authorities are ignoring the fact that they have no access to the current operation of a mobile phone antenna and are therefore unable to carry out unannounced inspections. The example of the Canton of Zurich’s Office for Waste, Water, Energy and Air (AWEL) is no exception,” the umbrella organization criticizes in its report. Martin Zahnd, board member of diagnose:funk Switzerland, therefore wrote a letter to the responsible government councillor Neukom to draw his attention to this grievance. The responsible department head Gessler replied as follows:

As described in the environmental report, a comparison of the approved operating parameters with the actual operating parameters of a mobile radio installation can be used to check whether it is operating within the approved framework. As mobile radio systems do not undergo daily adjustments to their operating parameters, we consider a bi-weekly update of the operating data to be sufficient for our control purposes. Our own numerous checks using OFCOM’s mobile radio database, together with the results of the permanent monitoring of the installations by the quality assurance systems at the operators’ control centers, allow us to conclude that the installations are generally operated in compliance with the licence and that the limit values are observed.

Defects identified

As can be seen from the umbrella organization’s report, the municipal council of the city of Zurich therefore stipulated that an annual inspection had to be carried out by the responsible NIS department when the mobile network was expanded to UMTS/3G. Unfortunately, the reports of such spot checks are not public. “However, we have a report from 2010. In the 10 mobile phone antennas inspected by each of the three operators, defects were found such as transmission powers that did not match the declared ones or antenna types other than those specified in the planning application. It is doubtful that such inspections are any better nowadays, as 5G and adaptive antennas have made it even more difficult to inspect installations and detect breaches of operating regulations,” the umbrella organization complains in its statement.

40 percent of systems are set incorrectly

Because neither the Federal Office of Communications nor the cantonal environmental offices or their NIR specialist offices have independent, unannounced access to the set values of the transmission parameters set in the control centers (transmission power, remotely controllable vertical transmitter directions, power limitation, correction factors, etc.), the Office for the Environment of the Canton of Schwyz has, according to a Report of the association decided to monitor at least those system-relevant parameters that are publicly accessible. Namely the mechanically set vertical transmitter directions and the heights at which the antennas are located. The result: 40 percent of all mobile radio transmitters are apparently mechanically incorrectly adjusted. According to a press release issued by the canton of Schwyz on March 9, 2023, a total of 10 out of 25 installations inspected last year showed such deviations. In 2021, “only” seven out of 25 systems were inspected. The tendency towards inconsistencies is therefore increasing. Hans-U. Jakob from the association: Extrapolated to the whole canton or to the whole of Switzerland, we have to assume that 40 percent of all mobile phone transmitters are already mechanically incorrectly set.”

Building acceptance as a farce?

Although it is noted in every building permit that a building inspection must be carried out by the local building police authority before commissioning, according to Hans-U. Jakob from the association, no responsible local councillor or head of the building authority has ever been observed checking the type, height and setting angle of the installed antennas while hanging in a climbing harness 25 meters above the ground. “These officials would much rather have the relevant form simply signed by the site manager, who incidentally has never been up there either.” Conclusion from the story: If 40 percent of all transmission systems are already mechanically incorrectly set, how can we trust the system-relevant transmission parameters set in the control centers by software, such as transmission power, remote-controlled transmission angles, power limitations and reduction factors?”

Generate a harmonic oscillation field

How can you protect yourself and your children from high-frequency radiation and electrosmog? “The law of resonance states that no resonances can occur in an oscillating field with oscillations whose frequencies lie outside those of the field,” says Richard Neubersch. In other words: In a harmonic oscillation field, artificial radiation has no effect, regardless of who generates it, whether it comes from a neighbor or a nearby mobile phone mast. The mobile products from Swiss Harmony (BioRing, BodyCard, BioBracelet and the BioPatch) harmonize the human body by transmitting the harmonic vibration as information to the human energy system. This means that artificially created radiation fields can no longer resonate.

Protection from harmful radiation
In concrete terms, this means that Products from Swiss Harmony for harmonizing houses and apartments ensure that the electricity that supplies a building with electricity receives a different message. “They transfer the information of the visible light spectrum to the passing current via the resonance path, which in turn distributes it throughout the entire effective range of the circuit,” explains Richard Neubersch. The electromagnetic field of the apartment or house thus becomes a harmonious field. In-house WLAN transmitters, cell phones or cordless phones are interference-free because they are connected to the harmonic current field and therefore emit the same harmonic information.

Book tip: “Funkstille
In his
book “Funkstille”, Richard Neubersch from Swiss Harmony describes the context in which topics such as 5G, corona and the like can be seen. “The discussions about the connections between coronavirus and 5G are increasing and it has never been more important to keep a cool head. You need to develop an inner attitude that allows you to remain centered at heart despite the extreme situation,” says the author. “Funkstille” is more than just a book about Swiss Harmony and mobile telephony. It sees itself as a help to stay centered in the heart despite the extreme situation that is currently keeping the world on tenterhooks. A new video can now be seen on Swiss health television QS24. In an interview, Günther Wagner explains how trees and plants react to the harmonization of his house.

Epidemiological study with soldiers confirms the results of laboratory and animal studies: soldiers who used their cell phone more than 20 times a day had a significantly lower sperm concentration on average than soldiers who used their cell phone less than once a week.
