You should avoid these cancer-promoting foods

Cancer-promoting foods are increasingly associated with many diseases. One of the worst diseases that scourge us humans is cancer in its many forms.

The website of the international non-profit movement NaturalNews listed the ten most dangerous foods in spring 2013. Dangerous because they have been proven to promote cancer.

These include:

1. genetically modified organisms (GMOs)

It no longer needs to be emphasized that genetically modified foods do not belong in any health-conscious kitchen.

It has been proven that genetically modified products, as well as the chemicals used during cultivation, make any cancer grow faster.

Genetically modified organisms can now be found in many foods, such as maize, soybeans and rapeseed, as well as in all foods in which the products are processed. This is why they are also classed as cancer-promoting foods.

2. industrially processed meat

Many industrially processed meat products such as breakfast meat, bacon, sausage or hot dogs contain preservatives to keep them looking fresh and appetizing for as long as possible. These substances can cause cancer. These include sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate, which are known to significantly increase the risk of bowel cancer and other forms of cancer. It is best to buy only uncured, nitrate-free meat products and, if possible, from the farmer next door.

3. microwave popcorn

Microwave popcorn is sprayed with chemicals that can cause infertility and cancer (liver, testicular and pancreatic cancer). The EPA(Environmental Protection Agency ) has labeled the perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) in microwave popcorn a “probable” carcinogen because several neutral studies have shown this acid to be carcinogenic. Another chemical is the butter flavoring agent diacetyl, which is found in popcorn itself. It has been found to cause severe lung damage and cancer. A 58-year-old American suffered such lung damage and subsequently sued the manufacturer of the popcorn. The court awarded him the equivalent of more than five million euros. 4. lemonade

Today we know that soft drinks cause cancer. Their high content of sugar, chemicals and colorants over-acidify the organism and thus form the ideal breeding ground for cancer cells. Common chemicals such as caramel coloring and the derivative 4-methylimidazole (4-Mi) are particularly cited as carcinogens in soft drinks. Soft drinks are also known to cause obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Read more

5. diet foods and drinks

All diet products can also be cancer-promoting foods, as they invariably use sweeteners instead of sugar.

The European Food Safety Authority (
EFSA
) recently confirmed, based on more than 20 studies, that aspartame, the most common artificial sweetener, causes diseases, most notably cancer. Links between birth defects and aspartame were also mentioned.

Sweeteners also include sucralose, saccharin and others, which have also been identified as carcinogenic.

6. refined flours

Products containing white flour are also carcinogenic foods. White flours are refined, i.e. industrially processed flours that are found in many processed foods.

It is the high carbohydrate content that can be carcinogenic here.

The journal Cancer Epidemiology, Mile Markers, and Prevention published a study showing that regular consumption of refined carbohydrates led to a 22 percent increase in breast cancer cases in women.

Such foods are also known to increase insulin levels, which in turn supports the growth of cancer cells.

7. refined sugar

Refined sugar also drives insulin levels up very quickly and thus promotes the growth of cancer cells.

Fructose-containing sweeteners such as corn syrup (HFCS) are known to be particularly harmful because it has been found that cancer cells “eat” them particularly quickly and thus spread more quickly.

Corn syrup and other refined sugars can be found in almost all industrially processed foods, especially in cookies, cakes, lemonade, juices, sauces and ready-made muesli. No wonder the cancer rate is constantly rising.

Cancer-promoting foods are therefore all products that have been sweetened with refined sugar.

8. fruit from normal cultivation

If you think you are eating healthily when you buy apples, grapes or strawberries in the supermarket, you may be mistaken.

The Environmental Working Group (EWG) has researched that in the USA up to 98 percent of all agricultural products from normal cultivation, and fruit in particular, are contaminated with cancer-promoting pesticides.

Not only do we source a lot of fruit from the USA, we can also conclude that things are probably not much different here in Europe. It is probably better to buy organic products, preferably from the neighborhood or region.

9. salmon from the fish farm

Dr. David Carpenter, director of the Institute for Health and the Environment at the University of Albany, claims that farmed salmon is a high-risk food because it is packed with countless cancer-causing substances: PCBs, fire retardants, pesticides and antibiotics. Read more.

All products that offer salmon grown on salmon farms are therefore also cancer-promoting foods.

10. hardened oils

They ensure that industrially processed foods have a long shelf life.

It is now known that hardened oils change the structure and flexibility of the cell membrane. A number of serious illnesses, including cancer, can be the result.

In some cases, palm oil is already being used instead of hydrogenated oils. Nevertheless, trans fats, a by-product of the production of hydrogenated oils, are still found in most industrially processed foods.

Diseases that can be triggered by them include arteriosclerosis, heart attacks and strokes. Read more.

The BodyCard can help in many cases

The BodyCard is also suitable for decontaminating food and drinks

The BodyCard not only helps to eliminate electrosmog pollution when you wear it on your body.

It can also be used as an additional measure to remove food contamination.

Simply place them under your drink for a few minutes or under your plate while eating and you will have reduced the likelihood of exposure.

Electromagnetic fields (EMF) are an invisible threat increasingly permeating our daily lives. These fields disrupt the natural cellular communication in our bodies because they do not originate from nature and are foreign to our organisms. Unlike an obvious poisoning, they leave no visible traces, making it almost impossible to recognize them as the cause of intercellular malfunctions.

If you also feel stressed by the radiation, then it is time for
