A ruling by the Supreme Court in Rome has startled the mobile communications industry. The mobile phone operator was held responsible for a plaintiff’s brain tumor and ordered to pay damages.
In October 2012, the Supreme Court in Rome handed down a potentially historic ruling that could turn the mobile communications industry’s nightmare into reality: An incalculable flood of millions of private claims for damages.
An Italian businessman was able to prove on the basis of medical certificates that a brain tumor had formed as a result of years of intensive cell phone use (up to six hours for 12 years), which led to partial facial paralysis.
The court ruled that the plaintiff was now entitled to a disability pension.

Swiss Harmony takes the strain off frequent callers
The PhoneCard from Swiss Harmony is specially designed for frequent callers. It works reliably according to the same principle with which an entire house or apartment is harmonized, i.e. freed from electrosmog. It is so thin that it can easily be placed under the battery of your phone or stuck to the back of iPhones. From there, it imprints a harmonic oscillation on the phone’s electrical field that makes high-frequency vibrations harmless to any organism.
