In a further evaluation of the test results from 23. and November 24, 2015 in Leicestershire (UK), the laboratory Emissions Analytics Ltd. has now officially confirmed: the CarTuner reduces nitrogen oxides by up to 13%.
The test results show a significance of 95% for the average value of 9% and 99% for the surprisingly high reduction of 13% on rural roads.
The following statistics from the Emissions Analytics report show all the results for NOx emissions.
What are nitrogen oxides?
Nitrogen oxides are produced by the combustion of fossil fuels. They are emitted by combustion engines in vehicles and develop acidifying properties in combination with water and thus in free air.
Due to these acidifying properties, they irritate our mucous membranes and poison our organism. (Wikipedia)
Nitrogen oxides are particularly problematic for asthmatics because they can lead to a narrowing of the bronchial tubes.(Federal Environment Agency)
Nitrogen oxides also have a harmful effect on our ecosystems.(Federal Environment Agency)
To protect our health, limit values have been set throughout Europe that must not be exceeded.
The CarTuner as a contribution to environmental protection
We are happy about the fact that all our customers with a CarTuner in their car not only drive without electrosmog but also contribute significantly to a better environment.
The advantages for CarTuner owners are therefore obvious:
- You drive more relaxed without exposure to electrosmog
- You consume up to 20% less fuel
- You actively contribute to environmental protection
