Digitalization and 5G are climate killers!

The new study by Martin Kroll’s World Future Council think tank analyzes some of the main climate killers in detail, including the 5G mobile communications standard. A study conducted by the energy company E-ON with RWTH Aachen University found that the additional consumption in German data centers will increase to 3.8 TWh by 2025 due to new applications with 5G technology.

However, according to a report on diagnose-funk.org, the study also shows how a change in policy could still prevent the catastrophe. The new WFC study offers decisive arguments against the threat of further climate-killing policies. The study concludes: “It is extremely important that the Global North does not allow its energy demand to increase for many wasteful applications whose wealth increases are more in the area of luxury and convenience consumption. Examples include energy-intensive and rapidly increasing video streaming, many new 5G applications, driving cars that are too big and too heavy, too much meat consumption and too much air travel.” A study conducted by the energy company E-ON with RWTH Aachen University found that the additional consumption in German data centers will increase to 3.8 TWh by 2025 due to new applications with 5G technology. In addition to industrial applications, applications such as smart homes in particular have been identified as the cause of rising energy consumption. At 3.8 TWh, however, the increase is not yet over, according to the study. Depending on the extent to which 5G applications become established, power consumption is expected to continue to increase after 2025. The actual increase in prosperity through so-called smart homes is likely to be rather small.

No independent scientific work

In this context, the “Green Wash Study” by the Swiss industry association swisscleantech and the mobile operator Swisscom seems almost unrealistic. The two want to use a study financed by
study
to prove that 5G technology will help protect the environment by 2030. The Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology (EMPA) and the University of Zurich were commissioned to carry out the study. According to a statement by the umbrella organization Elektrosmog Schweiz und Liechtenstein, it suggests that the implementation of new energy-saving technologies will only be possible thanks to 5G mobile communications. “Instead of being able to approach the problem in an unbiased manner, the authors were obviously given guidelines by the clients that were intended to focus attention on their business objectives,” writes the umbrella organization. Viewed objectively, this study must therefore be seen as an “advertising brochure” or “lobbying instrument” and “by no means as independent scientific work”.

Hardly any validated projections

According to the umbrella organization for electrosmog in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, readers will notice that the authors are rather vague throughout. Most of the presentations appear to be merely forecasts, assumptions, options, scenarios, barely validated projections and speculations regarding potential energy savings. “The focus will be on four areas of application, which, however, are not directly related to 5G.” These include flexible working, smart grids, automated driving and precision agriculture. There have been many technological upheavals in all of these areas in the past and there will probably be more in the future. Political framework conditions and incentives will ensure that more energy-saving potential is exploited as part of these changes. However, according to the umbrella organization, 5G is by no means a mandatory requirement for this.

Round trip about mobile phone risks

Would you like to find out more about the risks of mobile phone radiation for people and nature? Switzerland’s first mobile radio educational trail has been opened in Wahlen, Canton Baselland. The circular trail leads through the agricultural fields of Wahlen and offers insights into scientifically proven mobile radio risks on information boards. The ten information boards on the circular trail neutrally reflect the current state of science and invite visitors to learn more about the topic on a relaxing walk. It also shows how mobile phone technology can be used in moderation. Children and adults alike can learn exciting facts about the consequences of mobile phone radiation for our health, nature, living creatures, people, the environment and society. The “Trägerschaft Strahlungsfreier Kirchturm” (TSK) has painstakingly constructed the nature trail and now even offers two-hour guided tours – a comfortable and informative walk.

Book tip: “Funkstille
In his
book “Funkstille”, Richard Neubersch from Swiss Harmony describes the context in which topics such as 5G, corona and the like can be seen. “The discussions about the connections between coronavirus and 5G are increasing and it has never been more important to keep a cool head. You need to develop an inner attitude that allows you to remain centered at heart despite the extreme situation,” says the author. “Funkstille” is more than just a book about Swiss Harmony and mobile telephony. It sees itself as a help to stay centered in the heart despite the extreme situation that is currently keeping the world on tenterhooks.

Creating a harmonic oscillation field
How can you protect yourself and your children from high-frequency radiation and electrosmog? “The law of resonance states that no resonances can occur in an oscillation field with oscillations whose frequencies lie outside those of the field,” says Richard Neubersch, owner of Swiss Harmony in Grellingen, a company that specializes in the harmonization of electrosmog. In other words: In a harmonic oscillation field, artificial radiation has no effect, regardless of who generates it, whether it comes from a neighbor or a nearby mobile phone mast. The mobile products from Swiss Harmony (BioRing, BodyCard, BioBracelet and the BioPatch) harmonize the human body by transmitting the harmonic vibration as information to the human energy system. This means that artificially created radiation fields can no longer resonate.

Protection from harmful radiation
In concrete terms, this means that Products from Swiss Harmony for harmonizing houses and apartments ensure that the electricity that supplies a building with electricity receives a different message. “They transfer the information of the visible light spectrum to the passing current via the resonance path, which in turn distributes it throughout the entire effective range of the circuit,” explains Richard Neubersch. The electromagnetic field of the apartment or house thus becomes a harmonious field. In-house WLAN transmitters, cell phones or cordless phones are interference-free because they are connected to the harmonic current field and therefore emit the same harmonic information.

Epidemiological study with soldiers confirms the results of laboratory and animal studies: soldiers who used their cell phone more than 20 times a day had a significantly lower sperm concentration on average than soldiers who used their cell phone less than once a week. This is the result of the largest epidemiological study conducted in Switzerland to date.
