Scientists today often find it difficult to take a critical look at the risks of radio frequency radiation from cell phones or WLAN. In contrast, others leave no stone unturned to suppress critical investigations.
Michal Witthöft, whose study in summer 2013 entitled “Bei Anruf Hysterie” (On Call Hysteria), according to a report by gigaherz.chThe Swiss Association of Electrosmog Affected People, which was pushed by a science journalist in the Swiss press, in particular by the NZZ, which has close ties to the business world, apparently wants to find out once again: Now promoted to science professor and head of the Department of Clinical Psychology at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, he is once again looking for test subjects for a new experiment to prove the so-called NOCEBO effect caused by electromagnetic fields (non-ionizing radiation) emanating from high-voltage power lines, cell phones and WLAN routers or similar. If you would like to be electrically tickled by machine for scientific purposes in order to demonstrate to mankind once again that the effects of non-ionizing radiation on humans, animals and plants are purely psychological in nature and would like to treat yourself to a fun day in Mainz, please do. Here are the registration conditions.
From the invitation to tender for the experiment:
Participation in the experiment initially involves answering a few online questionnaires (approx. 15 minutes) and taking part in an experiment (lasting approx. 75 minutes) in the university’s test rooms in Wallstr. 3, opposite Mainz main station. During the experiment, the participants were asked to assess mild, non-painful electrical stimuli. Interested parties are requested to register by e-mail at:

Exclusion of critical scientists
On the other hand, scientists who are critical of radiofrequency radiation are often even thwarted by governments. In 2015, Professor Dariusz Leszczynski took part in BioEM2015 in Asilomar, California, USA, and in “Science and Wireless” 2015 in Melbourne, Australia, with the support of the Pandora Foundation and the Competence Initiative . In his report from BioEM2015, he criticizes above all the lack of research on humans, which is essential for proving the health risks of radiofrequency radiation, and the inability of science to find a common path when discussing controversial topics. The message from Australia goes far beyond this criticism. There, the attempt is made to exclude critical science from the discussion.
Is the division into ionizing and non-ionizing radiation still relevant?
Fortunately, despite all the adversity, there are researchers who do not let economic interests stand in their way. In his research report Karl Hecht, Dr. med. Dr. med. habil., Professor of Neurophysiology and Professor Emeritus of Experimental and Clinical Pathological Physiology at Humboldt University (Charité) in Berlin, for example, provides new impetus in the discussion on radiation protection. Based on the current state of knowledge, he provides an overview that is also understandable for laypersons and calls for a new way of thinking in relation to conventional categorizations of radiation problems. Technicistic-physicalistic views urgently need to be modified in favor of biological-medical models of risk assessment.
From the summary:
Both ionizing radiation and non-ionizing radiation can generate free radicals in the human body. Analogous biological damage can therefore be caused by both types of radiation … From the author’s point of view, it would be better to distinguish between strong-energy and low-energy radiation. However, even this physical distinction is considered insufficient to assess the effect on biological processes. More important in their case is the consideration of short-term and long-term effects, if necessary with indication of the radiation dose …
It follows from all this: Since the consequences of radiation on the human body are decisive for the protection of the population, a division into ionizing and non-ionizing radiation is no longer appropriate. However, this must also have consequences for current radiation protection and corresponding legal assessments. The parameters used so far to determine the limit values are completely unsuitable … This report builds on the current state of this knowledge, which has been proven in many ways, but endeavors to present it in a way that can also be understood by laypersons …
Recklessness instead of precaution
It is no secret that the source of funding for mobile communications studies has a significant and frequent influence on the results of research. “Mobile phone policy does not always take the scientific and ethical rules of the game very seriously. Recklessness instead of precaution seems to determine policy,” criticizes the Association of Doctors and Mobile Telecommunications. An open letter from the Kompetenzinitiative zum Schutz von Mensch, Umwelt und Demokratie e.V. to German Chancellor Angela Merkel from 2008 could have been written yesterday, because little has happened in terms of health policy in radiation protection.
Generate a harmonic oscillation field
Do you want to protect yourself from high-frequency radiation and electrosmog? The law of resonance states that no resonances can occur in an oscillating field with oscillations whose frequencies lie outside those of the field. In other words: In a harmonic oscillation field, artificial radiation has no effect, regardless of who generates it, whether it comes from a neighbor or a nearby mobile phone mast. The mobile products from Swiss Harmony (BioRing, BodyCard, BioBracelet and the BioPatch) harmonize the human body by transmitting the harmonic vibration as information to the human energy system. This means that artificially created radiation fields can no longer resonate.
Swiss Harmony: Protection against harmful radiation
Products from Swiss Harmony for harmonizing houses and apartments ensure that the electricity that supplies a building with electricity receives a different message. They transmit the information of the visible light spectrum to the passing current via the resonance path, which in turn distributes it throughout the entire effective range of the circuit. The electromagnetic field of the apartment or house becomes a harmonious field. In-house WLAN transmitters, cell phones or cordless phones are interference-free because they are connected to the harmonic current field and therefore emit the same harmonic information.
