Rays of hope, warnings and clear words

The nomination for the European Inventor Award has brought new media attention to “Optical Wireless Communication” as an alternative to WLAN. At the same time, Prof. Dr. Fiorella Belpoggi, the “grande dame” of cancer research, speaks plainly about the consequences of cell phone radiation. A new book also finds clear words about the inability of politics and science to objectively analyze the issue.

Prof. Harald Haas from the University of Edinburgh has been nominated for the European Inventor Award for his LiFi development, according to a report by diagnosefunk.org. It didn’t win the prize after all, but the media (>>> Tagesschau, Computerbild ) reported on LiFi (Light Fidelity) throughout Europe. LiFi uses light or infrared radiation for data transmission. It is an alternative to WLAN that is faster and tap-proof and, in particular, there are no known negative health effects.

Pilot projects on Mainau, in Stuttgart and Gelnhausen

OWC (Optical Wireless Communication), also known as VLC or LiFi, is now ready for series production. The Heinrich Hertz Institute Berlin (HHI) also conducted research on this. diagnose:funk has also played a part in its development. On our initiative, the HHI presented prototypes in the Stuttgart state parliament in 2013. The state government then funded a pilot project on the island of Mainau, and the city of Stuttgart at Hegel-Gymnasium. A pilot project at the Gelnhausen vocational school center was initiated by engineer and diagnose:funk member Ekkehart Franzke.

The great lady of cancer research speaks plainly

For his new cinema documentary project “The Digital Dilemma”, Klaus Scheidsteger visited the great lady of cancer research twice: Prof. Dr. Fiorella Belpoggi at the Ramazzini Institute, in Palazzo Bentivoglio near Bologna (see also the Competence Initiative report). In her capacity as director of the research center at the local “Cesare Maltoni Cancer Research Center”, she recently devoted herself intensively to the field of high-frequency electromagnetic fields. Once as an independent and freely funded study on rats and mice (“Ramazzini study”), and most recently the “STOA study” on the health effects of 5G on behalf of the European Parliament. Recently, the National Toxicology Program (NTP) and the Ramazzini Institute (RI) completed their long-term carcinogenicity bioassays in rats with RFEMF. The NTP study found clear evidence of an increased risk of malignant schwannomas of the heart in male rats with high exposure to radiofrequency radiation at frequencies in cell phones of the 2. and 3rd generation (2G, 3G) as well as some evidence of an increased risk of gliomas in the brain and tumors of the adrenal glands. In summary, sufficient evidence for positive associations between RFEMF exposure and glial tumors of the heart (schwannoma) and brain (glioma) was observed in long-term cancer bioassays in rodents.

Significant increase in brain tumors

“The source of RF emissions that currently appears to pose the greatest risk,” says Fiorella Belpoggi, “is the cell phone. Although transmitters (radio masts) are perceived by some people as the greatest risk, the greatest exposure for humans is generally from their own cell phones, and epidemiological studies have observed a statistically significant increase in brain tumors and Schwann cell tumors of the peripheral nerves, especially in heavy cell phone users.” Much of the remarkable performance of new 5G wireless technology at lower frequencies can be achieved through the use of fiber optic cables and engineering measures to reduce exposure from 2-4G systems. This would minimize exposure wherever connections are required at fixed locations. For example, we could use fiber optic cable to connect schools, libraries, workplaces, homes, public buildings and all new buildings, etc., and public gathering places could be declared “RF EMF ban zones” (like we have for cigarette smoking) to avoid passive exposure to people who don’t use cell phones or long distance transmission technologies, protecting many vulnerable elderly or immunocompromised people, children and electrosensitive people. “Only through sound and accurate information can we regain the trust of citizens and reach a common agreement on a technological decision that, if handled correctly, can bring major social and economic benefits.”

Dependent science

Unfortunately, science that is dependent on and financed by the mobile communications industry and politics that are undermined by lobbyists still prevent an objective and transparent analysis of the topic in most cases. In his recently published book
The mobile communications assessment dilemma
Wilfried Kühling explores the question of “how we can finally overcome the inability of state risk assessment”. Since the beginning of the environmental debate in the 1970s, the question of a technically and socially reliable assessment of the risks and dangers of various environmental influences (pollutants, radiation, noise, etc.) has been repeatedly raised and addressed. “However, a binding answer on how to deal with this, in particular the regulation of risks below a visible damage threshold, is still a long time coming. The technology assessment now presented to the German Bundestag on the possible health effects of electromagnetic fields also gives little hope for changes after an initial analysis,” criticizes Wilfried Kühling. Using the example of electromagnetic radiation from mobile communications, the question will therefore be answered: “How can we deal with possible risks and dangers so that people and the environment are adequately protected?”

Inability of the social actors

Based on the methodology of an “environmental assessment” and the legal requirements for hazard protection and precautionary measures, background information is provided and a variety of proposals and solutions for a transparent and inclusive approach are presented. In a first part, the author deals with the methodology of an assessment, in a second part, he substantiates this using the example of the health and environmental consequences of non-ionizing radiation, and in a third part, he gives examples of possible courses of action and implementation. In a fourth part, the inability or obstacles of social actors in dealing with this are discussed. The author can draw on his many years of scientific work in research and teaching on issues relating to the assessment of various environmental risks and combine this with his experience, including his participation in legislative procedures, as well as his many years of environmental policy and voluntary work on the subject at the federal level of a major German environmental association.

Generate a harmonic oscillation field

How can you protect yourself and your children from high-frequency radiation and electrosmog? “The law of resonance states that no resonances can occur in an oscillating field with oscillations whose frequencies lie outside those of the field,” says Richard Neubersch. In other words: In a harmonic oscillation field, artificial radiation has no effect, regardless of who generates it, whether it comes from a neighbor or a nearby mobile phone mast. The mobile products from Swiss Harmony (BioRing, BodyCard, BioBracelet and the BioPatch) harmonize the human body by transmitting the harmonic vibration as information to the human energy system. This means that artificially created radiation fields can no longer resonate.

Protection from harmful radiation
In concrete terms, this means that Products from Swiss Harmony for harmonizing houses and apartments ensure that the electricity that supplies a building with electricity receives a different message. “They transfer the information of the visible light spectrum to the passing current via the resonance path, which in turn distributes it throughout the entire effective range of the circuit,” explains Richard Neubersch. The electromagnetic field of the apartment or house thus becomes a harmonious field. In-house WLAN transmitters, cell phones or cordless phones are interference-free because they are connected to the harmonic current field and therefore emit the same harmonic information.

Book tip: “Funkstille
In his
book “Funkstille”, Richard Neubersch from Swiss Harmony describes the context in which topics such as 5G, corona and the like can be seen. “The discussions about the connections between coronavirus and 5G are increasing and it has never been more important to keep a cool head. You need to develop an inner attitude that allows you to remain centered at heart despite the extreme situation,” says the author. “Funkstille” is more than just a book about Swiss Harmony and mobile telephony. It sees itself as a help to stay centered in the heart despite the extreme situation that is currently keeping the world on tenterhooks. A new video can now be seen on Swiss health television QS24. In an interview, Günther Wagner explains how trees and plants react to the harmonization of his house.

Epidemiological study with soldiers confirms the results of laboratory and animal studies: soldiers who used their cell phone more than 20 times a day had a significantly lower sperm concentration on average than soldiers who used their cell phone less than once a week. This is the result of the largest epidemiological study conducted in Switzerland to date.
